SUKMA XIX Perak 2018 

The state's prestigious sporting event, the 19th Malaysia Games (SUKMA XIX) Perak 2018, which flashed in the Perak Stadium, marked the opening of the tournament.

The official closing ceremony of the tournament started with a cross-court parade of state contingents involving 1,539 athletes. The tournament saw Terengganu top the tournament with 56 golds follow by Wilayah Persekutuan 52 golds, Selangor 47 golds, Sarawak 42 golds and the host Perak, at the fifth place with 37 golds.  This is the second time that Perak hosted the SUKMA organized history after it first hosted it 24 years ago in 1994.
