THE HISTORY OF SUKMA 

Malaysia is proud of its honorable Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim, minister of culture, youth and sports in 1983. The proposed rationale is national-level sports declaration to help improve the quality of sports, produce and encourage athletes participation at state level in sports, enhancing officer performance, encouraging the construction of new facilities and upgrading existing facilities at state level and fostering the spirit of national integration among the Malaysian community.

SUKMA XIX PERAK 2018

The official mascot of Sukma XIX 2018 is a Perak state animal icon, called "Chor". The design to wear white sports shirts while yellow-colored cheeks symbolize the color available in the Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan flags. Seladang describes strength and spirit. Sports not only examining mental and physical athlete but beyond limits of ability based on the burning spirit.
